Fremont Nightstand Instructions

Step 1: Insert the eight Quick Fit Dowels into A, C, and C1.

Step 2: Insert the eight 15 x 12 mm Cam Klixes into C, C1, and G with thumb.
*The arrow on the 15 x 12 mm Cam Klixes should be pointing towards the side hole.

 

 

Step 3: Insert G into C1.
*Tighten the 15 x 12 mm Cam Klixes a little more than a half turn.

Step 4: Insert C onto G.
*Tighten the 15 x 12 mm Cam Klixes a little more than a half turn.

Step 5: Insert A into C and C1
*Tighten the 15 x 12 mm Cam Klixes a little more than a half turn to lock C and C1 together.

Step 6: Use the F piece that came with the Hidden Drawer package and level it on the back of your shelf. *Start with the corners and proceed to use the ¾” Common nails to nail F to the rest of the shelf.

Step 7: Insert the Pin Shelf pieces to the inside of the shelf to whichever height desired. Then Slide G1 onto pin shelf pieces.

Step 8: Take the Hinges (2) provided in the Hidden Drawer and place them about an inch away from the 15 x 22 mm Cam Klix.

Step 9: Take a marker and mark the holes to drill while the hinges are lined up according.

Step 10: Remove hinges and proceed to drill starter holes.
*Use a 1/16 drill bit.

Step 11: Start screwing the hinges into place.

Step 12: Nail bottom board to the piece.

13: Nail feet to the bottom of piece.
